I had a fantastic stay where the room was super clean and cozy, definitely worth the price. The location is unbeatable, right by the MRT, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

Breakfast items could use more variety to enhance the experience.

There were an electric kettle and a fridge, loved it. Location: the hotel was close to the shopping centre, and all the restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed at Cityinn Hotel Plus for five nights during my holiday, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The location is perfect, just across the road from Ximending, allowing easy access to countless eateries and shops. The staff's service stood out; they were always friendly and helpful. I loved the complimentary snacks and the free laundry facilities. Plus, the cozy common area was a great touch, along with the endless coffee options.

I had a fantastic stay during Christmas! The hotel is perfectly located right next to the MRT station and just a short walk from the bustling shopping area. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I loved the clean and cozy room, and having access to free washing machines was a major plus after all the holiday treats!

The noise insulation for the room is poor. I can hear the noise of people talking and water running early in the morning in my room.

Very noisy as my room is located right in front of the elevator. Unethical patrons talked very loud in the middle of the night (till 3.30am) and none of the staff stopped them. The hotel should either spend some money to change to sound proof doors OR their staff should start patrolling to avoid this scenario. Their charges are quite expensive if compare to others in the same vicinity.

The location of this quirky designed boutique style hotl is great. Right at the subway exit's doorstep, very near to ximending but away from the bustling noises of the popular shopping district. Walking to Ximending only take 5 mins. Staff are friendly and attentive. Bed is comfy and I love the big spacious bathroom!
